Any persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to use the sauna, cold plunge and swimming pond.
Nudity is not permitted.
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the sauna in Open sessions. Children between 6-16 are only permitted in Private sessions and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian inside the sauna on a 1:1 ratio.
You must not use the sauna if you:
suffer from high or low blood pressure or any heart or circulatory disorder or suffer from epilepsy or diabetes
are pregnant; or
are prone to dizziness or fainting;
have any fungal infections or open wounds on your body.
Remember to stay hydrated, before, during and after your session
Please remove any loose hanging jewellery
The site is a natural environment and therefore can be treacherous, Spring & Sauna takes no responsibility for any injury caused at our site.
SAUNA ETIQUETTE
Sauna etiquette must be adhered to at all times.
Shower before entering the sauna and cold plunge
Remove footwear and wash feet before entering the sauna
Remove sincare and haircare products
Sit on a towel at all times when sat in the sauna
Staying in the sauna for no longer than 15minutes at a time
Gently pour provided water onto the stones and get everyones consent before doing so
Water bottles must be left outside the sauna in the changing area
Your 50 minute session includes changing time
Please do not take photographs or videos during open sessions to respect other guests
Please keep all access points clear and enter and exit safely
GROUP BOOKING RESPONSIBILITY
If you are making this booking on behalf of a group, it is your responsibility to make your group aware of the terms and conditions and to practice safe sauna use. Please share the details provided above.
ADMISSION POLICY
Spring & Sauna operators reserve the right to refuse admission for any reason that may be deemed a health and safety risk. Refunds will not be offered to anyone refused admission.

Please arrive with your swimwear already on under your clothes or robe. This helps you change quickly and maximise your time in the sauna.
Take care when walking around the sauna area. The ground, walkways, showers, and plunge pool can be uneven and slippery when wet.
You must always sit on a towel while inside the sauna.
Only use the water provided when adding water to the stones.
Always check that everyone else consents before doing so.
Do not pour large amounts of water - lightly sprinkle it instead.
Please do not use any oils, creams, or other products in the sauna area.
Your 50 minute session includes changing time, so please plan accordingly.

You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your session. To do so please follow the link within your booking confirmation email.
We are unable to refund any changes or cancellations within 48 hours of your booking.
In the unlikely event that we cancel your booking you will be notified by email and refunded.
